Wow, they really haven't updated it. I gave you that link just as i was walking out the door. The patch is quite easy to install because its not really a patch at all. You just overwrite the SEEN.txt file and it will be in english. I've played through half of the game and haven't run into any problems. But from what i hear is that the After Story is not translated at all.
Claim has been added. Waht did you think about the recent episode?

Directions:
After installing clannad go to the root folder and find the SEE.txt file you already have. Drag the Seen.txt file you downloaded and overwrite the one already in the Clannad root folder.
Play the game. Its in english now
