Well true, but if Hei manages to touch Shizuo once, he can instantly fry his heart :/ he wouldnt need to dodge the punches, just grab them and use his ability... well my Durarara knowledge is skin deep lmao... I dont know if Shizuo would survive a few hundred ampere's going through his heart. Seriously, it would kill any normal human
