IMHO, the prize goes to the manga Rapeman. The protagonist considers himself to be a hero. He rapes not for pleasure, but "Righting wrongs through penetration". You may hire him to cure a co-worker who is frigid, or to take revenge on a ex-girlfriend who broke your heart.
